How We Operate

Terra & Glaze operates on a dropshipping model — meaning that when you place an order, your item is fulfilled and shipped directly from our trusted artisan supplier network to your door. This allows us to eliminate unnecessary inventory overhead, keep pricing honest, and ensure that each piece travels the shortest possible journey from maker to you.

While we work with third-party suppliers for fulfillment, Terra & Glaze remains fully responsible for your order, your satisfaction, and your consumer rights. Our relationship with you doesn't end at checkout — we stand behind every product we sell.

Order processing takes 2 to 4 business days, followed by an estimated 7 to 14 business days for shipping to the United States after dispatch. Processing excludes weekends and holidays, and shipping times are estimates that may be affected by customs, weather, or carrier delays.

We know that buying online — especially from a dropshipping store — requires trust. Here's what we guarantee:

• Product Quality Warranty — Every item we sell is backed by our quality commitment. If your product arrives defective, damaged, or doesn't match what was described, we will make it right.
• Damage & Defect Protection — If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, email terraglaze@gmail.com within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and clear photos or videos of the item and original shipping box. Once verified, we will arrange a full refund or replacement at no additional cost. Broken pieces do not need to be returned.
• 30-Day Hassle-Free Resolution Policy — If an eligible item arrives in good condition but does not meet your expectations, contact us within 30 days of delivery. We offer personalized solutions — typically a partial refund or store credit — while you keep the item. Custom items, final-sale items, and gift cards are excluded as described in our Refund Policy.
• Transparent Refund & Return Process — Our policies are clear, fair, and designed to protect you. We don't hide behind fine print. If something goes wrong, we work with you to find a solution.
