3. Counter-Notice

If you believe that material was removed or disabled by mistake or misidentification, you may submit a written counter-notice to our copyright agent containing:

  • Your physical or electronic signature.
  • Identification of the material that was removed and its location before removal.
  • A statement under penalty of perjury that you believe the material was removed by mistake or misidentification.
  • Your name, address, telephone number, and consent to the jurisdiction of the federal court in your district.

Upon receipt of a valid counter-notice, we will restore the removed material within 10 to 14 business days, unless we receive notice that the original complainant has filed a court action.

4. Repeat Infringers

It is our policy to disable or terminate the accounts of users who repeatedly infringe the rights of copyright holders.
